Expert network monitoring company strengthens channel relationships with new deal registration benefits, enhanced certification program

Wakefield, Mass. and Nuremberg, Germany - Sept. 1, 2015 - Paessler AG, the innovative network monitoring specialist, today announced a new partner program that will continue to foster close relationships with resellers through an improved deal registration process, rewards for marketing activities and an enhanced certification program.

Paessler's partner program has been redesigned to provide more targeted marketing support at all levels and increased protection of deal registration. The program, divided into four tiers (Platinum, Gold, Silver and Bronze), offers incentives for various marketing programs, discounts on licenses, upgrades, and renewals, and certifications at all levels, with increasing deal registration discounts offered as the levels progress. Partner levels are determined by a combination of sales volume and marketing activities, rather than strictly on sales, making it easier for partners of all sizes to gain access to the programs benefits.

In the new program, deal registration discounts of up to 25 percent apply and registered deals are valid for 90 days, as opposed to 30 under the former program. The increased discounts and extended deal protection offer partners and customers stable, transparent and attractive prices. Partners have been able to take advantage of the new program since August and the reception has been positive.

Certification program

In May, Paessler added a "Monitoring Expert" certificate to its certification program. This certificate replaces the Monitoring Professional test and requires a much deeper technical knowledge of PRTG and network monitoring. Monitoring Experts will be able to discuss architecture options with customers and provide first-level support.
