Paessler Introduces Paessler, LLC, Its New Contracting Entity for USD Invoiced Customers and Partners

The change is part of Paessler's continued efforts to simplify billing and payment processes for its customers and partners billed in USD, regardless of location. Depending on region, customers may receive future invoices from Paessler, LLC instead of Paessler GmbH.

Paessler wishes to inform its customers and partners that this change in no way alters any obligations under existing licenses and contracts. Products, support, points of contact, and all company addresses, e-mail addresses, web addresses, and telephone numbers remain unchanged. For customers and partners invoiced in USD, orders placed before October 24, 2026, remain with Paessler GmbH under their original terms and entity, while new business, renewals, and expansions after October 24, 2026, will be placed with Paessler, LLC.

Customers affected by the change will receive detailed vendor and remittance information directly from Paessler. As a security precaution, Paessler asks customers to verify any request to change banking or payment details against the official documentation provided, or with their known Paessler contact, before acting on it.
