2. Interview
We would like to get to know you: either by phone, video call or personally at our Nuremberg HQ. Although we'd like to welcome you as soon as possible, due to the COVID-19 situation, we plan to have the first contact in the form of a video call. This is safer for all of us and can even be done from your office at home.
3. Meet-the-team day
One-on-one conversations, participation in team meetings and shared tasks: Spend a day with your new colleagues and get an insight into your responsibilities, working together as a team, and the atmosphere at Paessler. At lunch in our bistro you will not only meet many colleagues but also the world's best chef.*
* Due to the COVID-19 situation, getting to know each other personally is only possible to a limited extent. We are planning meet-the-team days as hybrid days, i.e. a mixture of video calls and getting to know each other personally. As always, we'll coordinate with you to take your wishes and constraints into account.
