We would like to get to know you: either by phone, video call or personally at our Nuremberg HQ. Although we'd like to welcome you as soon as possible, due to the COVID-19 situation, we plan to have the first contact in the form of a video call. This is safer for all of us and can even be done from your office at home.
3. Meet the
Once both parties agree and the conditions have been discussed, we will offer you a contract. You become a "Paesslerist" and can actively shape our corporate culture. Sounds good?

*Due to the COVID-19 situation, lunch in our bistro is cancelled and getting to know each other personally is only possible to a limited extent. We are planning meet the team days as hybrid days, i.e. a mixture of video calls and getting to know each other personally. As always, we'll coordinate with you to take your wishes and constraints into account.
