2. Interview

When it comes to the interview phase, there are several ways we can get to know each other: telephonically, in a video call, or in person at our Nuremberg offices. We’ll discuss with you to find the best option.

3. Meet the team

One-on-one conversations, participation in team meetings and typical tasks: Spend a day with your new colleagues and get an insight into your responsibilities, working together with your team, and the atmosphere at Paessler. This day can take place remotely, in person at our headquarters in Nuremberg, or a combination of both.

4. Offer

Once both parties agree and the conditions have been discussed, we will offer you a contract. You become a "Paesslerist" and can actively shape our corporate culture. Sounds good?
