Thanks to these technologies, the bandwidth controller allows you to discern bandwidth usage by port, protocol, or IP address, showing you which computer or application uses most bandwidth, and warning you of possible bandwidth bottlenecks.
The server monitor functionality (for Windows 2003 monitoring and later versions, as well as all Windows desktop version from XP onwards) makes sure that your servers and other network devices are up and running. If a downtime occurs, you will be instantly alerted. Moreover, you can check your hard disk's health or free space, the server's CPU load or temperature, etc.
