When I load the oid for the info I would like to collect it always seems to want to graph it and I just need the text info.
How do I monitor system info such as location,name,contact

Dear Dan,
on devices created by the Auto-Discovery, PRTG tries to put such information into the "Comments"-tab and the location into the "Settings"-tab Location-field for the Geomaps. If this is not sufficient, then of course you can use Custom (String) Sensors. PRTG tries then only to graph response times, or exit values, but should 'save' the string result into the sensors 'Log'.
