Map stuck on loading... after updating to 13.2.3.2166

Hello,

we just updated to the newest version of PRTG with the Auto-Update function and we encountered a problem with a map.

When to map starts refreshing, the status loading... appears but the map doesn´t refresh. We are using a map without using credentials.

PRTG Version: 13.2.3.2166

Thank you,

CRowland

Dear CRowland,

in our system requirements we state that you need the latest Firefox version to use PRTG. This is currently version 22.

If you do not see the map at all, your browser version is probably too old to use the "public maps" feature.

Did you already try to actually empty the browser cache manually? If so, we can only recommend using the latest Firefox version or Google Chrome browser.

Hi CRowland,

which browser you are using? And is the Loading permanently shown or does it hide after some time?

Hello Daniel,

thanks for the fast reply. We are using Firefox 17.0.6 ESR and the loading is shown permanently.

But when you restart the computer 1 or 2 times the map works without a problem.

Thank you,

CRowland

Hello Daniel,

we are using the business version of Firefox which is the 17.0.6 Extended Support Release, which is the newest version of the ESR.

As I mentioned, after a restart of the computer, the map is working fine. But I will try the map again with the normal 22 Version of Firefox.

Thank you very much,

CRowland
