Core Probe disconnected

We had to change the IP address of our PRTG Server now the Server shows the core probe and all associates groups as being disconnected. We already tried the MAC lookup fix in the registy and rebooted the server.

Did you reboot the system after changing the IP address so all services use the new IP?

Did you check the connection settings of the local probe (in the probe admin tool of your PRTG server), do they show the correct data.

If both tips don't help please contact Paessler support and send us your probe and core logs.
