Where can I find error logs when running into trouble with IPCheck?
There are two options to access extended error information:
- In the web interface on the Groups/Server list homepage click the More Button in the Messages/Errors box on the right. On the following page choose the timeframe to show the information for and click OK and you will get a list of problems.
- In the error log file ipcerror.log in the logs subfolder of the installation directory (Usually c:\program files\IPCheck Server Monitor 5\logs) using a text editor (e.g. notepad)
