In this area of the web interface you have the following controls:
If you have selected password-protected access for the web server you will see the name of the user that is currently logged in. Click on Logout to log out and return to the login page.
To refresh the page click on the corresponding button: 
By default the page refreshes automatically every 60 seconds. Using the radio buttons you can also choose other intervals or deactivate automatic refreshes.
Note: If you want to use a refresh interval of your own choice please append the “timeout” parameter to the url with a value of the desired number of seconds, e.g. http://yourprtgserver/sensorlist.htm?timeout=240.
