Exporting Reports to PDF, HTML, Excel, RTF, and TIFF
Click on the Export Logo and then choose the file format of your choice:
Depending on the file format you have several options.
You may want to change some of the settings here, but for most situations the presets should be fine. Click OK and then specify a folder and a filename. A few moments later your default file viewer will start and show the report.
