Add Custom Device Icons

In order to extend the icons available in a device's settings, please copy any 14x14 pixels PNG image you would like to add into the

\website\icons\devices\

sub-directory of your PRTG program installation folder.

After adding it, the icon will show up immediately the next time you enter a device's settings page.

Notes

• The image must have exactly a size of 14x14 pixels. If it does not match this size, it will not be clinched/stretched automatically on all pages of the web interface!
• The image must be saved in PNG format. If it does not match the PNG extension, it will not show up in the icon list.

Using More Than One Web Interface

When using several web interfaces in a cluster, please make sure you add the additional icons on every cluster node, so they show up in whatever node's web interface you log in.

If a custom icon is set for a device, but it does not exist in the respective sub-directory of a node's installation, the web interface of this node will show a standard device icon instead.
