We have setup no admin accounts to segregate the view for our users. Our main Admin account can view all devices/sensors and then we have a normal user account that can only view set devices. However when logged into the user account it will randomly pick up alarms from devices in groups it cannot see and when looking at the devices page the devices will appear. Even though as stated this user account has no rights to see this these devices. We are using version 12.4.5.3165 x64 of PRTG. Many thanks.

We have seen this problem arise when using the same browser that has been used for a previous Admin session so please try to log in with either a different browser or computer, clear the cache on the machine and then log in with the limited user account and see if you are still able to see the sensors that shouldn't be there. This issue has been resolved in the newer version of PRTG as well so if it's possible for you to update, I would recommend doing that as well.

Many thanks for your reply. We will probably upgrade our PRTG service to resolve this issue. Cheers again.
