How do I upgrade to a higher edition of PRTG?

I just purchased a license upgrade. How do I license the same without losing my existing configuration and historic data?

Upgrading to a higher edition is easy. Stop PRTG altogether, then follow the steps outlined in the following chapter of the user manual to define the new license:

Entering a License Key

Your installation will now use the new license, all configuration and historic data will be retained.
