Trying to monitor VMs using Vcenter

Votes:

0

I am trying to monitor my VMs using Vcenter (ESX4) with PRTG Network Monitor version 12.2.1.2041. Before we upgraded to the latest version of PRTG it was set up and monitoring but now I get this error...

Error Message [prtg] [error] 2 [/error] [text]The session is not authenticated.[/text] [/prtg] Sensor Type VMware Host Hardware Status (SOAP) Device Vcenter ((IP address))

Any help??

esx r-virtual-machine vcente

Hello,

this looks very much like an issue with the credentials on the Vmware systems, can you please check them? Please also update to the latest version 12.2.1.2211

best regards.
