Globaly change dependency for sensors

I'm trying to change the ping jitter sensors not to notify if there's downtime but only if they go above a certain threshold, 30ms for an example. I found if you go into the channel you can register it as "down" if it goes above this number.

I'm getting a huge amount of notifications (PE087) which I expect is due to the number of sensors running. How do I turn off down notifications with this error which isn't my worry (I have pings running for downtime) and keep the threshold sensor up?
