Important notice: The Enterprise Console (EC) is unsupported and deprecated as of PRTG 19.4.53. As of PRTG 19.4.54, the EC installer is removed from PRTG.

We strongly recommend that you switch to the PRTG app for desktop, our new alternative interface that you can use to connect to multiple PRTG servers to manage your entire network.

For information on how to uninstall the EC, see How to uninstall the PRTG Enterprise Console from the PRTG Server.

Proceed as follows to get the Enterprise Console working again.
First of all close the Enterprise Console application and the tray icon (maybe even confirm this in Windows Taskamanger, that it's closed for all users).
Open regedit and navigate to path

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Paessler\PRTG Network Monitor\WinGUI

There please search all keys starting with "LastViewPoint" which should be the following:

- LastViewpointDevice
- LastViewpointGroup
- LastViewpointMode
- LastViewpointNode
- LastViewpointPanel
- LastViewpointSort
- LastViewpointSortorder
- ShowLastViewpoint

Now delete the keys and start your Enterprise Console. The Enterprise Console should work now again.
Please make a proper backup of your registry before editing.

To prevent the Enterprise Console from falling back into this behaviour, please go to "File" -> "Options" -> "System" and remove the tick from "Restore Last Viewpoint".

Hi,
what precise version of PRTG are you using? If it is not the latest one, please consider upgrading to the same as this bug is fixed there.
Best regards
