MEasuring BAndwidth Usage of a Specific Port

Votes:

0

Hi,

I want to measure the bandwidth usage of a single port. This is a specific port that I am using to broadcast a radio stream in rtsp protocol for Android devices. In order to measure the total listener numbers I wanted to measure the bandwidth that is consumed by that specific port.

Is it possible to achieve this? If so, could you please help me sort this out?

Thank you very much in advance.

Best Regards, Arda

Monitoring the bandwidth usage of a single port is pretty easy if your switch supports SNMP.

Simply add your switch to PRTG as a new device, then add "SNMP Traffic" sensors (one for each port).
