Could not initialize Traffic Control API: Error reading interface list, make sure QoS Packet Schedul

I get the folollowing error line on one of my Remote Probes: "Could not initialize Traffic Control API: Error reading interface list, make sure QoS Packet Scheduler is active for this interface"

The probe is not working, all of it`s sensors show Unknow status, but the probe doesn`t show disconnected message on the web interface. What`s happenning?
