I have two questions about customizing the login screen.

1. It appears that using customerstyles.css has no affect on the login screen. Is that correct or am I doing something wrong?

2. I customized a login screen by copying the login.htm file like described in http://kb.paessler.com/knowledgebase/en/topic/23-how-do-i-customize-the-prtg-web-interface-s-login-screen. But when a user logs out they are taken to the index.htm page which shows the original login screen not the custom screen. Am I doing something wrong or is that just the way it works?

Any help/advice would be appreciated?
