Event log error for tweet.exe

Hi, I'm getting an error in the event log when a tweet is sent as alarm - "The remote server returned an error:(403)Forbidden"

The tweet is getting sent and I received it on the twitter account. what do do with this error?

The 403 can be caused not only by invalid credentials, but also by to many tweets in a short period or posting the same tweet twice.
