win 7 SNMP sensor issue

i am having win 7 clients and the win xp clients in my workplace.i have install PRTG(ver 8.xxxx) on win xp client machine it can communicate xp clients (snmp enabled) finely. however it canot communicate windows 7 clients via snmp service eventhough it's enabled.help me thanks
