The remote probe is listed as disconnected, with red sensor. And all other sensors are gray. What happened? How can we solve this problem?

Yes, I tried to restart the remote probe, but still disconnected. I sent the logs of one of the probes disconnected, but you have not returned.

is the line between the core server and the remote probe down?
did you already try to restart the remote probe?
please open a support ticket by sending a mail to support@paessler.com
please forward us your system log files for analysis? You can find the same under
XP/2003: C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Paessler\PRTG Network Monitor\V8\Logs (System) Vista/2008: C:\ProgramData\Paessler\PRTG Network Monitor\V8\Logs (System)
