Hello Support,

We are having issues receiving emails from PRTG. The test emails work fine and we can manually send a report via email. We aren’t getting email warnings when a system is down, anymore though- only through a manual or scheduled email push. Is there a specific setting we need to change? Please let us know.

Thank you,

Brian Sawyer

Hello Torsten,

Thank you for pointing that out- they had not been set up for the groups we had created. I appreciate your help.

Sincerely, Brian

Once you've set the triggers you should get email-notifications then.
