How can I create an snmp uptime sensor using a unqiue oid?

I need assistance creating an uptime sensor that uses a unique OID. I wish to graph the session uptime of a Motorola Canopy wireless subscriber module. This is a different item than the standard uptime sesnor.

if you have the OID, use a custom SNMP sensor.
