Sum channel missing on some SNMP Traffic Monitors

When adding some SNMP traffic monitors for Cisco devices managed by a service provider, the SUM channel appears to be missing. Is there a reason for this? Can I create this from the existing data?

Hi,

Managed to work it out. The channels were set to invisible. Changed the settings and it's all ok now.

Thanks

Hello,

newly added SNMP Traffic Sensors should show a SUM-Channel. Can you please check in the Sensors 'Channel'-tab if there is a SUM-Channel, and it's just set to be "invisible" (Not displayed in charts and tables)?

Best Regards.
