As of the latest PRTG Network Monitor release, version 7.1.3, the user interface is available in English, German and Spanish. Thanks to avid PRTG customer Gerard Feijth from the Netherlands a Dutch version is also available. Plus our developers are currently working on the French version - to be released within the next weeks...
New Email Round-Trip Sensors
Ensure Your Electronic Mail With PRTG Network Monitor
Two new, dedicated email round-trip sensors in our network monitoring software, PRTG 7.1, enable comprehensive monitoring functionality to ensure end-to-end delivery of your emails. Both sensor types initially deliver an email to a mail server using SMTP. Afterwards, a mailbox is scanned using POP3 or IMAP until the email arrives.
HTTP Advanced Sensor Configuration
New Knowledge Base Article
The new HTTP Advanced Sensor is the perfect tool for monitoring websites. It adds content checking, authentication, and proxy settings or can even notify the user when a webpage has changed. Using this sensor a web site/web page can be monitored for many more aspects than merely using the basic HTTP sensor.
