Microsoft enters the Virtual Appliances Arena
Microsoft now offers preconfigured virtual machines that enable you to test drive setups of some of their server systems using MS Virtual Server 2005 R2.
Simply download the virtiual machine file, open it in Microsofts Virtual Server and you can run and test the system in minutes.
Currently they offer
- Windows Server 2003 R2
- Exchange Server 2007 (beta)
- SQL Server 2005
